【2019年初一暑假英语日记】July 5, 2019

Sunny

Today is the first day of my summer vacation. I feel so excited because I don’t have to go to school anymore. After a long and busy school term, it’s really good to have some time to relax.

In the morning, I woke up very early. I didn’t have any classes, so I could sleep as long as I wanted. After breakfast, I decided to go to the park with my brother. We played football for a while and then had lunch at a small restaurant near the park. The food was delicious, and we had a great time together.

In the afternoon, I started to do my English homework. I need to finish it before the vacation ends. I found some new words in the book, and I wrote them down in my notebook. I also practiced reading aloud to improve my pronunciation. Although it’s not fun, I know it’s important for my studies.

At night, I watched a movie with my family. It was a comedy, and we all laughed a lot. I felt happy and relaxed. Before going to bed, I wrote this diary to remember today’s activities.

I hope my summer vacation will be full of fun and learning. I can’t wait for the next days!
